Shipping policy

At Scents From The Heat Candle our preferred courier is Sendle.

For customers in Rural areas or who use a PO box we will then use Australia Post and encourage you select the Express option at Checkout.

All orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days provided all ingredient's are available and in stock.

Please allow 2 weeks for all custom orders such as laser engraving.
